SMS Terms of Service
1. Program description
Heim-Alarm-Pilotprojekt is an SMS notification program operated by Robert McKrill Inc.. It sends automated, non-marketing alerts generated by our internal systems (such as system monitoring, security and home automation events, backup and maintenance status, and scheduled reminders) to members of our household and staff who have opted in. Recipients may also reply to messages to acknowledge alerts.
2. How you opt in
You are enrolled only after you give consent by completing our opt-in form (or by signed written consent containing the same disclosures) and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on system events, typically from a few messages per month up to several per day during active incidents.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for this service; any charges come from your mobile carrier according to your plan.
5. How to opt out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL). You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START or contact us.

7. Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. The Service should not be relied upon as the sole means of notification for emergencies.
8. Your number
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or notify us so we can remove it.
9. Privacy
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
